Following the requirements of the Federal and State Governments, there are limits on public gatherings to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
- Outdoor gatherings are allowed so trips are permitted as long as record of attendees are kept.
- Indoor gathering are allowed to 75% capacity so meetings are allowed (However, our meeting room is currently required by other clubs to meet their COVID safe requirements)
- Interstate trips must allow for changes in border restrictions ( going and returning) and interstate government requirements.
Club meetings have been cancelled until further notice however committee meetings are still scheduled and are taking place via ZOOM. Contact with committee members can still be made through the usual means (email and phone). The committee will keep all club members updated with the club activities and advise when our meetings can recommence in the club rooms.
Our next scheduled club meeting on February 17th will be either on ZOOM or in the club rooms. TBA.
Our Club has a high number of vulnerable, at risk people and we would like to see them all again after this pandemic passes.
